At Novacode Global, we strive to deliver high-quality web coding and development services that meet or exceed your expectations. Our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness for both parties.
All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed project milestone schedule.
Projects begin only after payment confirmation or initial deposit (if applicable).
Refunds are considered only in the following cases:
Services were not delivered as agreed in the project scope.
Technical errors on our part prevented the completion of the project.
Note: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project delivery or milestone completion.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind or dissatisfaction with aesthetics after project approval.
Delays or issues caused by the client’s failure to provide content, access, or feedback.
Work that has already been delivered and accepted.
In cases where partial work has been delivered, Novacode Global reserves the right to provide a partial refund proportionate to the unfinished portion of the project.
