Refund Policy

At Novacode Global, we strive to deliver high-quality web coding and development services that meet or exceed your expectations. Our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness for both parties.


1. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full or according to the agreed project milestone schedule.

  • Projects begin only after payment confirmation or initial deposit (if applicable).


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are considered only in the following cases:

  • Services were not delivered as agreed in the project scope.

  • Technical errors on our part prevented the completion of the project.

Note: Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of project delivery or milestone completion.


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with aesthetics after project approval.

  • Delays or issues caused by the client’s failure to provide content, access, or feedback.

  • Work that has already been delivered and accepted.


4. Partial Refunds

In cases where partial work has been delivered, Novacode Global reserves the right to provide a partial refund proportionate to the unfinished portion of the project.
